Juanjo Ramirez, the owner and chef of Bon Lloc, was a pioneer of vegetarian cuisine in Mallorca when he opened the restaurant in 1986. Two decades later, he is still creating healthy food from fresh, seasonal produce. There are no a la carte or set menus at Bon Lluc. The dishes for the day are only determined when Juanjo returns from the market with whatever fresh produce has caught his eye. Juanjo is proud of the fact that more and more people are becoming aware of the importance of good eating habits. This is reflected in the poularity of the restaurant, which is normally full of customers. Bon Lloc is only open at lunchtimes and advance table reservations are advised.
