Casa del Puerto Mallorca

Casa del Puerto is a well-designed three bedroom villa located in a privileged position with views overlooking the sea and the beautiful Port de Sóller.

Recommended For: Maximum of six people in the main house.

The villa is bright and airy and has been decorated in white and Mediterranean blue. On the upper level, the living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, through which an ample terrace can be accessed. The terrace, complete with loungers and dining furniture, offers excellent views over the Port and out to sea, and is a perfect place for al fresco dining. Next to the living room is a well-equipped modern kitchen, which also has access to the terrace. On the lower level are three bedrooms, all with sea views and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there are two further bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. The pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing and has been screened in glass to give shelter from the wind without spoiling the views. Next to this area is a sheltered patio, with a table and chairs in the shade for hotter days. Guests may opt to rent the adjoining studio apartment, which enjoys privacy from the rest of the house, as a fourth bedroom.

The villa is very well furnished and is equipped with central heating and room fans. Newly fitted kitchen, completely equipped including dishwasher. Externally, sun loungers, parasols and a barbeque are provided.

Port de Sóller is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains on the west coast of Mallorca. The very attractive port has two sandy beaches, a busy marina, and a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.
