Castillo Hotel Son Vida Mallorca

The Castillo Hotel Son Vida was once a noble house dating back to the 13th Century but has since been transformed into the luxury hotel you see today. Graced by celebrities since its transformation in 1961, the hotel is a Member of the Leading Hotels of the World and to this day pays homage to Spanish grandeur.

The Castillo Hotel is surrounded by the championship Son Vida golf course and the two other golf courses, Son Muntaner and Son Quint are only two minutes away.

The 164 guestrooms are spacious and decorated with fine, elegant furnishings, precious antiques and art. Bathrooms have heated floors, double wash basins and a separate bath and shower. Modern amenities include a DVD player, wireless internet and climate control. Connecting rooms are available.

Restaurant El Castell serves Mediterranean cuisine and various themed barbeques in the summer months. A large breakfast buffet is served to guests every morning.

The Cigar Lounge George Sand, named after the famous female cigar smoking writer has a menu of over 170 cigars brands and a choice of 70 whiskies to accompany them.

There is an outdoor and indoor heated indoor swimming pool with adjoining whirlpool, sauna, cold water grotto and steam bath. The Castillo’s Beauty Spa is at hand for massages facial and body treatments as well as specialist relaxation techniques such as acupuncture, reiki and aroma therapy.

Other facilities include a spacious modern gym that looks out over the indoor swimming pool, three 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, 4 tennis courts, six conference rooms and a Kids Club program. The hotel is the most popular hotel for society weddings on the island.
