Grupotel Valparaiso Palace Mallorca

The Grupotel Valparaiso Palace Hotel is one of the largest and most extravagant on the island. It benefits from a city centre location and expansive hotel grounds with two huge outdoor swimming pools. The hotel opened in 1974 and has received an impressive list of celebrities including Mohammad Ali, Boris Becker and Michael Douglas.

There are 174 rooms and suites in the hotel. Rooms are decorated with luxurious furnishings, carpeted floors and spacious bathrooms. Guests enjoy stunning views over the city and sea from their own private terrace. Modern amenities include internet access, satellite televisions and pay movies.

Breakfasts at Valparaiso Palace are taken very seriously, with a large selection of fruit, pastries, juices, cold meats and cheeses and the open show kitchen and chefs will cook you up anything from a full breakfast to some delicious pancakes.

The Bistro Mar Blau is open throughout the day for lunch and dinner and serves bistro style food such as sandwiches, grilled fish and meats, salads and homemade pizzas. Diners can enjoy their meals inside or out on the terrace by the swimming pool.

The Paradise Restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine cooked for all to see in the central show kitchen. The restaurant will do its best to assist you in any dietary requirements you may have. The Gamba Palace an iron and glass structure in the grounds serves sandwiches, seafood and drinks to guests to enjoy in between dips in the pool. Open only in the summer season.

The hotel has 9 different conference rooms that are able to accommodate groups of up to 450 people. Rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and the staff are on hand to make sure your event runs smoothly.

Boasts as being the largest spa on the island, the Nayara Spa & Wellness Centre is 2800m². Guest can enjoy massages and treatments in one of the 12 appointed rooms, the sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, aroma showers, Jacuzzi and relaxation room. To burn some of those heavier meals there is a fitness room, aerobics and an indoor pool with hydro-therapies. Guests can also sunbathe and relax in either of the 2 outdoor swimming pools.
