Serrano Palace Hotel Mallorca

The Serrano Palace Hotel is located in Cala Ratjada, a fishing village and resort, on Playa Son Moll. This luxury hotel is situated just 30 metres from the beach and is within easy walking distance of the centre of Cala Ratjada. This is a fantastic hotel with a superb location whether your visit is business or pleasure. Serrano Palace was built in 1997 and renovated in 2006. It is on the northeast coast of Mallorca and is approximately 80 km from the airport. This area has earned the distinct honor of receiving the “EU Blue Flag” award for cleanliness of beaches and unpolluted seawater.

There are 146 guest rooms, all luxurious and lavish. All rooms have a full bathroom, a mini-bar, telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, music channel, and a safe. There are modem ports for personal computers and a radio. Rooms range from a standard room, to a junior suite, to a room with a sea view. Baby cots are obtainable if you request them.

The Serrano Palace Hotel offers an on-site restaurant and a snack bar serving an a la carte menu. There is also an in-house bar, the Salon del Mar, where you can obtain your favourite beverage.

Meeting rooms and conference facilities are available for conventions, seminars, training sessions, or workshops. Banquet facilities are available, too, as well as a state-of-the-art gymnasium, Jacuzzi, whirlpool, sauna, spa, and two swimming pools. Massage services are an added option that can soothe your tired muscles and relax your body and spirit. As well, a Turkish bath, a solarium, sunbeds with cotton umbrellas, and a beauty centre are available to meet your needs. Three elevators, two in the reception area and one near the swimming pool bar, are on hand to transport you to your destination. Pets are allowed, up to 5 kg, upon application to the hotel.

The spa is free to all guests including children. It provides a salted indoor pool with sensation showers (essential oils, jet), aquatic massages, and aromatherapy.

A billiards table, tennis, golf, and biking are available in the vicinity. Walking opportunities are also possible and always a good way to see a new country or area. Courtesy of the hotel, you will receive up to a 50 percent discount at the surrounding golf courses. In Cala Ratjada, there exists scuba diving possibilities, jet skiing, and a banana boat.
